  • Legal Assistant


    Our firm is looking for two experience legal assistants. Our firm has offices in multiple regions. Ideal applicants must have a high degree of clarity and excellent case management skills.
    Main responsibilities:
    Perform assigned cases;
    Troubleshoot errors, establish case strategy;
    Drafting and submitting immigration applications/petitions;
    Progress and problems on the case to communicate with clients;
    Update and manage cases progress report;
    Updated case management system; and
    Others are assigned work

    Requirements:
    B.A or B.S. degree;
    More than five years experience in immigration law;
    Applicants who have a solid and comprehensive understand regarding non-immigrant and immigrant applications, as well as employment-based immigration applications preferred;
    Plenty of professional work experience;
    Excellent ability to multitask;
    Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and within concrete due dates, but also can work effectively with other team members;
    Excellent attention to detail and organizational management capabilities;
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
